Inn at Pheasant Run

Donna is awesome. Her home is so inviting and comfortable. I have stayed here three times and each experience has been outstanding. What makes this place so special is it’s ability to make you feel at home and comfortable. The location and scenery is great and the ambiance is impeccable. If you are looking for comfort for mind and soul, this is the place for you. My only regret is that I never stay as long as I want to.

Natural beauty is in abundance! The spacious home and surrounding area welcomes you and makes you feel comfortable the moment you arrive. Our host (Donna) was friendly and inviting with an endless knowledge of the area, eateries and sites to visit. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with a variety of offerings for just about any palette. Highly recommend Pheasant Run!!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this B&B with family. Beautiful spacious rooms that take you back in time to another era. The hostess Donna makes the best breakfast and was so accommodating. You have to try her overnight Belgian waffles because they melt in your mouth!!

I grew up on Chautauqua Lake and in the 55 years since I left we return regularly, staying with family, friends or on the grounds at Chautauqua Institution. This time was different. We were in Bemus Point for a 50th wedding anniversary party and our usual nighttime shelters were not available. So where do we stay?||||Lodging around the lake hasn’t changed much since I lived there. Summer cottages for rent, so-so motels, a hotel or two in Jamestown and we even found an AirB&B for $50…it was a lot on the shore where you could pitch a tent. The one old inn in Bemus burned earlier this summer.||||Good digging by my wife lead us to The Inn at Pheasant Run and it was nothing like all the other choices. The Inn is in the hills about a mile northeast of Bemus Point on 150 acres of wooded land. GPS

It's a beautiful and peaceful piece of property and the lady (Donna) who owns it is the most sweetest woman ever.
