Inn At Langley

From the moment you drive up, you know it’s going to be a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You can tell they’re proud to work there. Breakfast five stars for sure, rooms are clean, spacious and nicely appointed with a beautiful view stepping out onto the balcony and a fireplace glowing in the room. Definitely feels like you’re on holiday when you’re here. One of the best parts about a hotel like this is when you’re leaving you wish you could’ve stayed an extra day.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing! Absolutely delicious. The views were great and there is plenty of parking with easy access to shops. Having said that, this hotel needs to seriously rethink their pet policy and how they treat their guests. If you say you’re a pet friendly hotel, you should know that dogs bark *gasp* and how trashy it is to come into breakfast and tell your guest that “your dog is barking again” in a rude tone where she didn’t even stop to talk to actually talk to the guest, but said it out loud as she walked past, in front of everyone in the dining room (manager with short/shoulder length grey hair). We stayed 2 nights and had a dinner. We had lovely stay. The Inn provides complimentary drinks from the mini bar in the room as well as snacks from the lobby. The bath overlooking the body of water was such a nice touch! Breakfast is also included which serves salmon and freshed baked bread amongst other food like potatoes and eggs. Shout out to front desk staff, Kim, for being helpful and friendly! The dinner at the Inn was fantastic as well! It started with complimentary sparkling wine/brut. Every dish was thoughtfully arranged and delicious. My favorite was the Dungeness crab dish. Kudos to the chef for single-handedly providing delicious meal for us! We will be back!

What a beautiful spot. I got to make photos here while a couple was preparing for their wedding. The rooms were big and so lovely. The views were incredible (though the weather was pretty moody that day). There were great indoor and outdoor spaces to take photos of the couple during their first look. And on top of it all, I was able to charge my car too!

Our favorite Seattle getaway! The Inn at Langley has been our go-to special occasion retreat for the last 15 years. The staff is kind and unpretentious, the included breakfast is outstanding, and the rooms are serene and beautiful. The soaking tub overlooks the water and the huge balcony is a place I could sit for hours just watching the waves, birds and harbor seals. I love that the snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary and the proximity to everything in Langley makes this a great home base for exploring Whidbey. I've rented airbnbs in the area, but nothing tops the incredible experience of staying right on the water in such a warm and welcoming hotel.
