Inn at Arbor Ridge

I have read the reviews after I booked so I didn’t cancel but I would say they should close this place down no one was in front desk then a lady came she was rude because she said her shift was over but the lady that took over was the best we got in our room it was renovated but like they did a bad job .Well long story short we just went to sleep for few hours there so we stood not to forget when we came back from our event a guy in front desk sleeping . No morning coffee he started to make it but he had left 🤣never again.

Stained rugs. Bad mattress. Even matting in wall art was rippled from water damage. No one at front desk this morning. warning posted about water quality high in bad contaminates in lobby next to empty coffee and empty sugar. Property unkept they need to landscape and sweep. Don’t even have auto opening door to get luggage in & out was awkward. Not worth the $ spent will not stay here again.

By far, the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived 2 hours after the check in time. No one was at the desk. After 10 minutes we went in search of an employee. Once the employee was located we were given a room. Went to the room - wide open with dirty sheets left on the floor. Asked for another room. No toilet paper holder or soap. We asked for soap but were told there wasn’t any. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Positive: Clean, large rooms. Looks like they are in the middle of renovations Negative: Our room was partially renovated, but not complete, so it was missing some lights, the hair dryer and the smoke alarm. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable

10/1/25, The room was just OK, I was quoted a price with my pets, and shocked when I received my statement that 38% more than quoted. No attendant at desk for checkout and couldn't receive a receipt. Spoke with Michelle on after hours number and she told me she'd send it.|Here I am more than a week (10/10/25) later asking for her to return the money she took for me, I'm told she'll contact me on Monday 10/13/25. ||g
