IHG Army Hotels Main Complex Buildings

Stayed here for a few months, and the staff was extremely helpful and organized. The room was cleaned on schedule every week and they would let us know when it wasn’t for whatever reason. The location of the hotel on the side of the mountain was very beautiful and my specific view of the mountain was nice. My room on the third floor with a kitchen had everything I needed.

We just finished a 4 month stay here with a family of 4. The rooms were spacious enough in the IHG for us. The hotel is an older hotel but they do what they can to make your stay comfortable. Housekeeping is so nice and always accommodating when we ask for things. Maintenance was always quick to help us with things like the air, heat, and door concerns. The front desk staff is amazing. Petra and Alexis was always sooo friendly! They took extra care to ask about our children and make sure we had everything we needed.

There are a few different buildings associated with this IHG Hotel. There is a really new building (which is where the breakfast buffet is located) and then a couple of older buildings. We actually stayed in the oldest of the buildings. The room was acceptable. WIFI was good in the room. The staff was very nice and made sure we were properly informed about the hotel and buffet etc. The breakfast buffet in the new building was very good! A wide variety of food both hot and cold. ||A couple of things to be aware of though, the toilet was small. I am not a really big guy, but had a little trouble with the size of the toilet. Also the air vent in the bathroom was very dirty. The timer for the vent fan also turned on a heating element that was not always wanted and the timer would automatically

Very friendly staff and overall excellent stay. Some improves or slight inconveniences: would take dish towels/soap but not replace them, and the front office hours being inconsistent. Thank you for the stay!

Finishing up a 4-month stay here. Every staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and always up for a good conversation. Shout out to Ms. Petra for always telling me what the weather was going to do and how to plan my weekends in the surrounding area. Thank you to Mr. Carl for the coffee and keeping it real. I appreciate lobby conversations with Alexis and Kendra and how nice they all are. Arvee made my stay feel as close to home as possible by greeting me by name every time. I appreciate getting to see all of them every time I walk in either for a late night coffee, to get my mail, or just coming into the building after a long day of class. Thank you IHG staff for making this a fantastic stay.
