Customer Reviews
From booking to check-in and checkout the staff was phenomenal. The room was very cozy and welcoming and our clerk was a consummate professional. Keshawna deserves so much credit for making the experience unforgettable. If she isn’t a manager in a year then someone has missed the HR ball. Thanks to the Team for making a special memory for our family.
They gave our reserved room away and didn't tell us until we arrived after a 10 hour drive with two pets on Thanksgiving. They then asked if we wanted the reservation canceled so we didn't get charged... for a room that they gave away. Zero stars.

Only exception is they need a jacuzzi.

Returning through the front door the front desk folks might say, "Welcome back.", "Hi.", or such phrases. They were very helpful when helping me find my way around this very expansive Army post, and in helping me get a rental car off post. Within walking distance (between a third and a half a mile) is a Post Exchange mini mall with gasoline, a few sandwich, taco, and similar meal counters. This mini-mall also had typical convenience store foods and beverages to put in the full s
