Idaho Heartland Hotel

This review is long overdue. I'm a traveling health care worker who stayed here for approximately two weeks. The couple was warm and welcoming, as were the rooms. The towels were so big and soft it was like wrapping yourself in a hug. They have lovely fireplace comfy sheets, pillows, and a nice kitchenette. I felt safe here, and I had a beautiful view. Ten out of ten recommend!

We are currently staying at the hotel and couldn't be more impressed. The rooms are beautiful with a Victorian charm and the beds are extremely cozy. |The property is spacious with a beautiful courtyard complete with green grass and shade trees all with tables and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. We appreciate the neighborhood feel of grilling in the evenings and seeing other guests out under the trees reading and visiting.||The staff and owner are extremely friendly and accommodating.||Thank you Douglas for such a wonderful stay. Our only recommendation is a hammock under the tress...

Wow. Where to begin.... first of all, I'm flabbergasted by all the comments saying how clean the rooms were. Are we talking about the same hotel? Our experience wasn't even remotely close to the reviews posted here. We arrived in the evening and got a text with the door code. Okay, cool... we don't have to go to an office to check in. We later realized that was because there wasn't a single staff person for this hotel anywhere. Not a soul in sight. Still okay, we proceeded to our room. I'm not sure where to start here, with the deplorable condition of the room, or the fact that the reservation was totally wrong. We asked for a king bed and got two queens instead. We could live with that, but upon inspecting the room, I was taken aback. What we originally thought would be a quaint boutique

Great place! Everything very clean, and an extremely comfortable bed. I liked that they use “regular” sheets and towels (the kind you’d have in your home, 100% cotton and obviously new). Doug was very nice and Pearl and Violet (dogs) were too. Violet’s afraid of thunder so she hid under a chair in our room while we were checking in, which made me feel special. 😉. Also, we didn’t use the hot tub but we did see a professional come by to clean it.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay in one of the suites with a kitchenette and fireplace. Beautifully decorated and wonderfully comfortable and clean. I wish I could have stayed longer. Excellent customer service by Doug, the owner, who knows everything there is to know about technology! Great value, great location.
