Was ready to rent there month to month cuz the rate was good but before I was able to go in the owner came out and asked what I was doing cuz I was finishing up the cigarette I had and sending a text as I was no longer driving. I told him I was just finishing my smoke and was going to come inside to Inquire about renting a room month to month if possible. He then asks if I want smoking or non and I said it doesn't really matter cuz I smoke outside or in my car. He says no I can't rent to you don't trust you won't smoke in the room. I said I wouldnt disrespect your rules and risk being kicked out over having cigarette? Which I wouldn't that's just rude and disrespectful. But none the less he wouldn't rent to me. So I boogied on down to Shokapee and paid $1600 for a month at Sandlewood stud

The Manager is very nice and went out of his way to accommadate us. We have a lovily 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and dining room, living room, and full bath. Free internet and cable TV. There's laundry facilities right down the hall. Shopping malls, libary, parks, bars, and fast food joints,and several fine dining resturants, are close by. We were staying down the block at a very bad place, they had a bad ant problem, and we would wake up to ants crawling on us. Like I said the Manager went out of his way to help us get into a room when we went there by chance on the way home from the store he had no vacancies, about 10 min. later he called with good news that he had an opening for us. Ask, and ye shall recieve. ThankYou , GOD.

I've been using this hotel for many years, it's like an apartment. We generally use the 2 bdrms . The gentleman that runs the place is a very sweet and nice person .

The place is very cozy, quite, and not a lot of riff raff. Feel like our vehicles and belongings are safe and well watched over. No traffic in and out which is nice. Front office is always open and the property manager has been more than great. He is very polite, does his job very well and always there to help accommodate our needs. Only issue I would say is the price. Other than that the place is wonderful and I would recommend to anyone.

The operator of this establishment is racist and he has issues with children. He harrases black families with children for sure, going so far as to turn off cable and power access at certain times. He's very rude and disrespectful. He plays on the vulnerability of your current situation. He prefers cash only transactions but harrases you to the point you want to leave without a refund. I wonder if he's really reporting all cash income to the government????
