Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge

We stayed a week in a large one bedroom. Checking in was very easy and staff were super friendly. They were able to put us on a top floor which was nice to have a view. Room was decorated very nicely with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool and hot tub area was closed for renovations and that was disappointing. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the location is close to all the activities in Branson.

We recently finished a 3-day stay at the Hyatt Vacation Club in Branson and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the resort and the variety of activities available. The Accommodations The suite was wonderful and truly felt like a home away from home. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a modern-cabin feel. Having a full kitchen and a comfortable living area made our short stay much more relaxing than a standard hotel room. The attention to detail in the room’s design really added to the "Branson retreat" atmosphere. Activities & Amenities One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the on-site escape room (The Outlaw Escape). This resort is pretty nice. My small 1 bedroom villa had plenty of space; ample storage for clothing (like a small apt.) kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee, washer & dryer. all necessary items to cook, utensils, dinnerware. Livingroom, dining table, large TV. However, getting hot water was a little slow & lighting could be brighter. Housekeeping is not a daily service. They only refresh your towels, coffee, toiletries every 2 days. You can request items as needed. Lots of daily activities available, including family oriented.

Our family stayed here the week before Christmas and let me say it exceeded our expectations! The rooms were beautiful. Our favorite part was the activities. We chose to do leather stamping on Sunday 12/21, Tyler was our activity director and let me just say this guy was AMAZING. My kids loved him!! He was funny, patient, informative and so very sweet. I cannot recommend Tyler enough for all your activity needs. He even told my kids about the hiding elf and gave them a fun treat for finding it! Thank you sm Tyler! You’re truly one of a kind and made our stay so very special & unique!

The property was well-rounded in terms of both service and location. The only concerns noted were the low-quality repair made to the towel holder, which I addressed personally, and the condition of the spa tub. Upon use, black particles were discharged from the jets, suggesting that routine weekly inspections may not be consistently performed. The bed was comfortable, the accommodations were spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked, providing convenience for preparing meals. Overall, the property was more than adequate for our vacation stay.
