Customer Reviews
Hyatt Regency Miami’s valet team provided outstanding service during my stay, meeting every need with professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. During our nine day stay for a large conference, the valet team consistently provided outstanding service, meeting every need with professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Even with the hotel busy hosting a major event, our vehicle was always handled efficiently and with care, which made the long stay smooth and stress free. From arrival to departure, the valet process was smooth, efficient, and well organized, with my vehicle always brought around promptly when requested. The team consistently greeted me warmly, helped with bags, and ensured I never felt rushed, which made the busy downtown location feel convenient
Very good hotel, but the soundproofing sucks, I can hear the voice from everywhere clearly all the night.
This hotel is located in the midst of everything you want to do in Miami. It is dated, yes, but is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are amazing and towels are of high quality. They are thick. The hotel still uses glass glasses in the room and the ice machines are spotless. We were worried about mold since the hotel is older and we have allergies but found none. The hotel does not have a pool that’s really usable because the city buildings block the sun. We simply bought Resort Passes to Eden Rock and had a blast at their 3 pools and beach. The pass gives you access from 10am-5pm. We had a room on the 20th and 6th floors facing the river. Loved watching the drawbridge action and boat traffic. The rooms have white noise machines to block out any city noise. We kept the curtain
Stayed for a week for meetings. Cons - windows are single layer. Which means a lot of noise for rooms facing the highway. Rooms are quite dated. Bathroom drain didn’t drain well. And you couldn’t unplug to see what was blocking. Gym was pitifully small for a hotel of this size. You could have max 3 guests in the weights area. Pros - they provide ear plugs and white noise machine. Rooms are spacious enough. Nice river views.
The room is very dated and the service is not as good as other regency I’ve been to. 2 out of 6 elevators are not working. The elevator sometimes acts weird like it sometimes will drop some floors pushed easier. I have to try a few times to make it work. It also not took any floors while it’s moving. The best part of it is the location. Very convenient to get around. The breakfast is pretty good for having an omelet station. Please note it is really noisy because of the location. The hotel provides ear plugs in room to address the issue. As a Hyatt globalist booked with point the parking should be free yet I found that I was charged. I had to write an email to ask them to correct it. The fee was eventually waived but no email reply at all. I will recommend for people who need to be around
