Customer Reviews
The hotel was very nice! The room was spacious and I really looked having a separate room with a couch bed for my son. The kitchen area was great too. I looked the eat in bar seating as we ordered room service. My son was super excited the pool was open late as we were able to visit it after our day out.
Positive: My wife had eye surgery so we stayed in town because we had to return the next day for doctor follow up. The Hotel gave us a gift basket with a card and $35 credit for breakfast. Hotel signed the signed the card. They hoped for her speedy recovery. GREAT! Negative: Room temperature was 76.1 degrees when we went to bed. I asked front desk if there was a way to lower it. Nope, central system, but they did bring us a fan. It was Ok then.
Very nice rooms. Excellent, friendly, capable staff. Breakfast was surprisingly good (have the Benedict, the hollandaise is way better than it should be). View of an industrial wasteland from room, and it's impossible to walk downtown from the hotel due to lack of pedestrian infrastructure. Kept awake all night by cheerleader convention - teenagers running laps around the building all night long. Beautiful indoor heated swimming pool. Incredibly impressed, more than anything else, by the customer service. Erin was lovely to encounter, and did an excellent job. Erin deserves a raise and a promotion. This is the kind of person Hyatt needs to build their operation around. As a Globalist, I see a lot of Hyatts, and this one was special.
LOVE this hotel for family visits. What makes this such a great hotel is the people. From the check-in personnel to housekeeping to literally anyone you encounter, everyone had a smile on their face and were just genuine all around. The rooms are a little dated, but I heard they are planning renovation in March 26' which will be nice. But all that being said, the rooms are spacious and clean!! Beds are comfortable too, so really no complaints at all. Having a pool and hot tub on site was a nice bonus. Finally, the little coffee shop on the ground floor makes really good coffee drinks and lattes. We come in from Florida usually around Christmastime each year and going forward, we won't even look at alternative hotels. This place is A+.
Hands down one of my favorite hotels. Super clean, friendly staff, and FABULOUS ROOMS! Every room gives that suite feel. I love how they always turn on all lights before you check in so you are not fumbling for light switches. It's the little touches which make it a superior experience. The only place I will stay when visiting Green Bay.
