Hyatt Place Bloomington

I found every person who worked the front desk to be attentive, patient, kind and helpful. The breakfast offered was exceptional, and i appreciated the seating options to be able to being comfortable and people watch. Well, I was watching the snow plows because I had the gift of being there with all the snow on the ground. The decorative wall behind the bar counter was a nice touch and felt inspirational. Beautiful space and I hope it offered the same comfort to others as it did for me and my friend who stayed there. Keep Bloomington weird. 😜❤️

Great customer service here and good value for downtown bloomington. Malachi particularly was very helpful, letting us store our luggage after checkout as we waited to leave for the airport. Pool and gym are also well maintained. Love that this hotel is on the B-line trail, making it an easy walk to the farmers market, switch yard park, and other downtown Bloomington amenities. Have stayed here 4+ times in the past 6 months.

Absolutely beautiful hotel for this area! We love staying at Hyatt and have never had any issues! This location was extremely neat, clean, and convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with a late night check-in. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean and well maintained as well! The breakfast was decent, though we only had time to stop to it one of our mornings. I definitely recommend staying here for a comfortable night’s rest when in the area!

Great location, great price, near everything downtown, newer hotel but maintenance is lacking. Some issues with doors closing very hard and we were woke up multiple times from other occupants having the same door issues. Some maintenence issues with the parking garage gates as well, and random flashing lights on smoke detector in bedroom visible throughout the night. Breakfast was great, but neither of us slept well. Really liked the area.
