Hyatt House San Ramon

Friendly staff. Offerred water and late checkout. (Hyatt member) Room is smaller but well laid out. Clean. Updated. Convenient self-parking. ||||Wifi is typical.||Breakfast was tasty with multiple options. I particularly liked the bacon. Crispy with good flavor.

Oh boy, let’s start with the check in, we got there late, about 8:30pm, my husband went to check us in, had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the front desk as he stood in the lobby for way too long, the sleepy long haired clerk comes to the desk and gets things moving. My husband gets the key and goes to locate the room so we could unpack the car easily. Well he gets to our room and it’s locked, with an occupied tag on the door handle. Okay, back to the desk. Sleepy clerk kid doesn’t even apologize, gets us a new room and key and we go up and try to settle in at about 9:15pm. The room is not as clean as you’d think at first glance. A piece of green sequence here, a drywall screw there, crumbs at the cabinet line of the kitchenette. Also they have us a handicap room. I hate to t

Excellent service! All the receptionists were lovely, welcoming and super friendly! Highly recommend! Bed and pillows are super comfortable! We enjoyed the pool for a whole day! It was a great stay! We decided to stay an extra night here!

Positive: Personnel, breakfast selection, spa, ample parking Negative: 1. Our room had a desk only. No dining room table and chairs.2. Only two outlets in the bathroom. 3.Ripped carpe, 2 places.4. More coat hooks.

My job brings me to San Ramon 4-6 times a year for business meetings and conferences. I enjoy staying at the Hyatt House as it is clean, comfortable, and the rooms are always warm and welcoming. ||||The location of the hotel in centralized for all my needs (Freeway, Food, Meetings, Grocery stores, etc...). I have been staying there the past 2.5 years, and it does not disappoint. If you are in town for business and or pleasure, the Hyatt House is a great choice!
