Hyatt House Provo / Pleasant Grove

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and up to date. Our little dog was welcomed at this location. We felt the cost was reasonable. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast bar which included an omelet station. The location was convenient to a Burger King, Chipotle |Dutch Bros and First Watch all within walking distance. There is a gas station right across the street. It was a relatively quiet location. Service provided by the employees was friendly and efficient. Standouts for us were Stephanie and Bridger who went out of the way to make our visit exceptional. Stephanie at the front desk always had a smile for us and always asked if there was anything she could do to make our visit more pleasant. Bridger was always personable and made delicious omelets for us. All

I booked a room at this hotel about a month ago and the service was terrible. I was driving cross country back to college ( I am a legal adult), and decided to stay at this Hyatt House. I called in advance to make sure I could book and check in as an adult who is under 21, and I got confirmation from a real representative over the phone that yes, at the Provo/ Pleasent Grove location, anyone can check in over 18. After 9 hours in the car, I tried to check after waiting for a front desk agent who was sitting on their phone, only for them to tell me the age requirement is 21, the opposite of what I had confirmed on the phone that morning. They offered no help or real apology once the mix up had been discovered, or in suggesting places where a solo female traveler might find a place to stay

We had an exceptional stay. The staff were very kind and helpful with a situation that arrose (through no fault of theirs) during our stay. They handled it with the type of customer service that you always hope you will have, but that is rarely found in businesses of lesser quality. The accommodations were exceptional, spacious, clean, and very upscale. Made-to order omelet breakfast bar

Positive: Check in was super quick and the attendant at the desk was very friendly. Great breakfast. Pretty decent workout room. Negative: Not enough seating at breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past couple of years and the cleanliness and service has been top notch all this time. ||Breakfast is better than than what you expect and there is always fresh fruit.||Rooms are spacious and have the right amenities. Parking is convenient and there is a few charger spots.||This is close to our office so easy getting there.||Will definitely stay there more times as long as i visit our provo offices.
