Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting

Front desk staff do an excellent job. They were extremely helpful during check in and throughout our stay. Thank you for allowing us to use your wheelchair. It was an enormous benefit for my father in law who just had surgery. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet and breakfast was a nice added bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. All our needs were met. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Everything was perfectly clean. The room itself was a little cold and sterile. The decor could use some sprucing up and updating by a professional design team. It was fine for a couple of days, however. We booked it because it was pet friendly and reasonably priced.

Positive: The big comfy king sized bed. The full sized refrigerator in the suite. Negative: My room was far from the elevator.

We had a great stay at Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting! The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean, remodeled, and very spacious especially our two-bedroom suite. It was really nice having a full kitchen for convenience. The complimentary breakfast had simple but tasty hot items to start the day. A special mention to the General Manager, Robert he was absolutely amazing! He went out of his way to accommodate us when we needed to move rooms and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He’s kind, friendly, and truly empathetic a genuine example of great hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is an overall good bargain. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every little thing that is happening in the room above you. I would recommend asking for the 4th floor if you stay. The breakfast is free, but it's definitely not one of the better ones. They have the basics and the quality is average. The location is about 20 min from the KOP mall which isn't bad.
