Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami

This was our home-base before our cruise. Located in the Brickell neighborhood, but in a more tranquil area, this modern, clean property is still in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, a walk along the water and more. ||Our queen/queen room was nicely sized, if not a bit stark in decor, and featured a huge bathroom and shower. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. ||We had two meals at the on-site restaurant and it was enjoyable. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. The pool deck was also huge and provided beautiful views over the city and water. ||What I think I will remember most about our stay here was the friendly staff. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk agents to the restaurant hosts/servers to the housekeeping staff

Stayed here while in Miami for a business trip, and the hotel was clean and conveniently located. The bed was quite comfortable, and there was a good variety of pillow softness among the four that were provided. There are also plenty of outlets (by each side of the bed, by the table). The bathroom is spacious, and the shower has good water pressure. Having a balcony facing the water was very nice; it was great to open the curtains in the morning to see the sun shining on the water. One thing of note: when I opened the fridge in the room, I did see some containers left by previous guests (an empty ice cream container and an empty mini vodka bottle).

Wonderful stay at Hyatt! Beautiful hotel, amazing views, clean and a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Nathan Frank — from the moment he started his shift everything became smoother and faster. Positive: I loved the view i also loved how the staff was always there to help or answer any questions. Negative: I didn’t like that the floor was was messed up when we first came in. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel staff was spectacular. The room was very clean, and well stocked. The view was wonderful. I like a hotel that knows how to anticipate the needs of a guest, and is very responsive to requests. Two areas that I would improve would be the pantry options, and definitely the gym. It is very old, and several of the machines were not working.
