I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The bed provided great support, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful throughout my visit. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. I would gladly return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel was new and very clean. the room was good size and aesthetically, pleasing. I liked the switches next to the door to alert employees about your wishes that replaces the do not disturb door hangers. Continental breakfast did leave a little bit to be desired. Very limited choices, the orange juice dispenser just dispensed water, and the eating area was very small with no television for the morning news. The television in the room when I went to adjust it I was afraid it would come off the wall mount and the DIRECTV control box was very precariously hanging on the back of the TV. I didn’t feel that the staff wanted to engage with guests. I found it hard to carry on a conversation while checking in and out. Overall, though it was a good stay.

Top-notch customer service! I booked a 2-night stay for this weekend for my daughter's cheer competition, but had to cancel last minute because the event is cancelled. I spoke to Wen and he helped me in the process of cancelling my booking with no fuss. Thank you for being considerate! Kudos to you!

I had a Very pleasant experience with Customer Service Rep at the front desk! He was knowledgeable and helpful in working with me! This Location is Pet Friendly and looks great upon 1st impressions! My room had double beds and a love seat couch! Very spacious in my opinion! The Lobby Ambiance is captivating and definitely caught my attention! High Tech and Cozy….
