Hunters Lodge Motel

Hunter's Lodge provide a clean and quiet room with a friendly and helpful staff. We visited Copper Breaks State Park and needed a place to stay while enrout to Caprock Canyon and this hotel fit the bill. Nothing fancy, but very clean! Decent WiFi signal. We would stay here again if in the area.

Utterly disgusting. How this motel passes inspection from the Health Department is beyond me. The room wreaked of mildew. Towels weren’t clean, no toilet paper in the room, and when it rained, the roof leaked and the carpet became drenched. No one was around to voice my concerns. This place should be condemned.

My husband and I were just looking for a place to crash on our way home from Colorado! We loved that a local family owned the hotel and the lady who answered the phone was very nice but….. The hotel does not look like the pictures provided on both the outside or inside. This place is run down , stains on the chair in our room, the mattress was worn out, soft and lumpy. The towels were dry rotted , the inside of the microwave had not been cleaned in years and there were no cups for the coffee you make for yourself. It makes sense for hunters to stay here but a big no to anyone else. This place has potential but is just so worn out and run down.

Rustic motel near downtown. Service was great, room clean and everything worked in the room. WiFi is fast and works without cutting out. Walls are somewhat thin, and the AC is centrally controlled. Bed wasn't the most comfortable either. Ample parking and there is a restaurant within walking distance.

This historical mansion sized hotel was a surprise to say the least. From the rooms to the customer service I enjoyed it all. They eve had little fans by the bed side which was super cool. They had cable as well. I stayed in room 4 which has a wonderful painting by the window truly astonishing work. It is an older house though its set up like a hotel with the doors in hallways not like a motel where doors face outside. Would stay again if I had to. Not much food around that town though. Hotel was 10/10.
