I had the pleasure of staying there 4yrs ago. I wanted somewhere close to the airport. I just wanted to relax 😌 and have a piece of mind. I stayed in my room for those 3 days without any distraction and ordered take out. The room was clean, the environment was clean and I really appreciate that. Bear in mind that you will be sharing, bathroom, laudry area, kitchen, living and dining. As I said my experience was from 2019, I'm not sure if there's any changes now.

Hello! I liked this hotel, it has a good location, it was convenient for me to get from the hotel and back to the hotel. The hotel has its own parking. also a very reasonable price !!! the hotel consists of three two-story buildings, on each floor there are 5 rooms, one shared toilet with shower and a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee machine, as well as a toaster. the rooms are not big, but everything is clean and tidy! overall this is a good offer on the hotel market!

Place was nice very clean. Bad neighborhood but the place is nice and safe. Only complaint is the shared bathroom and no control of the air conditioning. It got really hot at night. We ended up having to go by a fan but other than that the place was great. The office manager, Adrian, is phenomenal! I’d go back just for him. His customer service skills are through the roof. He is very personable!

Calm down it's fine. Different kind of experience and nervous at first. I was greeted by staff and all was well. No one bothered us from the area at all. The shared livingroom, kitchen, and bath were not a problem. It's the kind of place for people that don't know each other to actually talk. The guests were nice. Area was close to everything. You can smoke out front day or night. If you're not comfortable with the front at night just go to the back. Great furniture, clean at entrance, clean kitchen, and room was just fine. Relax! Who goes to Miami to stay in the room anyway?! We will stay again especially now that I know the set-up. You cannot beat the price. It beats driving from surrounding cities and fighting traffic. My wife and I asked for a room with a private bathroom. Room is nice and clean. Spacious bathroom with double sinks. Staff is friendly and answered all of our questions. They even helped us print some papers we needed. Common areas have a modern feel and we liked the wood imitation floors. There's enough parking space. Recommended.
