Hudson Hideaway RV Retreat

Nice little well maintained park with a great dog park. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets and its pleasant seeing the Amish horse and buggies stroll by. But the park sits right along a moderately busy state highway and most of the park is not fenced off.

We've been living at Hudson Hideaway RV Resort since mid-May of this year. We moved here while our house was for sale. We've now bought land in the area and will start building soon. Michelle has been easy to work with and very accommodating. She keeps the grounds tidy and is easily reachable if needed. Hudson Hideaway is conveniently located just 4 miles from Hwy 43, right in the heart of the Amish community. We sit here every day and see countless horse and buggies go by, morning and evening. We frequently visit the Amish Homestead stores on Buffalo Rd, mere minutes from Hudson Hideaway.

I came in town for work, with no idea of how long I would stay. Michelle was wonderful. She were able to work with me on my schedule throughout the whole length of my stay. The place was very well maintained, the dogs loved the park that they had onsite, and reasonably priced.

Nice place to stay if you want to see and hear the Amish go up and down the road! We really enjoyed it since it was the reason for our visit. It is a small basic camping area with electricity, water and sewage. No bathrooms, washing machines or pool. The dog area was nice. Overall all we needed for the week since we were surrounded by the Amish and bought lots of goodies to eat and bring home! We will definitely stay again!

Another great stay! We love the new privacy back yards. They are perfect to sit in during the morning and evening to look out over the neighboring farm and listen to passing Amish buggies. We loved looking up at the stars with our 9 year old listening to her explain what constellation was what. This campground is going to be even better once they get all the things done they are planning. We will definitely be back.
