Customer Reviews
stayed here over a year ago and just had to come back and rate it. The staff were so nice and helpful. We arrived very late in the night and they still had dinner service on. Nothing to fancy but beautiful location, very comfortable and safe.
Hotel was beyond expectations! Service was great, rooms were clean, food was great at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful! I booked the trip for the Havasu Falls hike the following day and the location was perfect! I highly recommend the place.
We booked two rooms (1 king and 1 double queen) for the night before our hike to Havasupai as this is the closest hotel to the trailhead. I'd read a number of negative reviews of this hotel before booking so had prepared my group to have low expectations. As a result, we were all pleasantly surprised (and pleased) to find that our stay with right in line with what you'd expect from a one-night stay in a roadside hotel: a clean room, no frills, that let us all get some sleep. We'd all stay here again if doing the same hike. It was perfect for our needs and I'm glad we booked it. ||Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms are cute. Basic. Nothing out of the ordinary. Bed is pretty cozy. Shower pressure is wonderful. There's a fridge, TV, coffee maker. The restaurant and service was amazing!! But the train horn goes off every ten minutes in the night. All night. We got no sleep at all. But it was a cool place to visit
Have stayed here twice prior to my hike out to Supai Village. Check-in was a breeze, rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. You do hear a train when staying on the backside but it didn’t keep me awake. They do provide ear plugs if needed. Would stay again.
