My entire experience at this hotel was awful. They do not offer breakfast or even basic shower hygiene products. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were very small and unsupportive. The worst part of all was the smell. The entire place smelled like a dirty sewer. You could literally smell feces through the vents. It was overwhelming and unbearable. When I called on Monday to request a refund, the manager was rude and aggressive. He said, “Why are you just now telling us when I’ve been here all weekend?” even though I checked in Saturday evening and checked out Sunday morning — and he was nowhere to be found during my stay. He claimed the smell was coming from outside and said he couldn’t control it, even though it was clearly coming through the vents inside the room.

Make sure you check the exhaust works i could nit breath everything felt so stuffy and the havent had an ada room for months

Quite literally smells like 💩 at night due to the poo lakes .5 miles away. Latch lock on the door fell off because it had 1 screw that was about 1/4in long holding it in. Anybody can walk into the building if they want to due to none of the doors leading to the outside having ANY locks or card verification. The toilet seat is also holding on by a single screw. The pillows might as well be a stone slab carved by hammer and chisel. Did I mention the lovely smell of fecal matter slowly drifting into the room all night? $600 for 5 nights in a hotel that has 0 safety features, 💩 air, and no breakfast in the morning is truly the California experience! Don’t worry though, if you stay on the 3rd floor there’s a beautiful view of a parking lot with a highway behind it. Don’t keep the blinds open pa
