Our stay here was absolutely horrible! The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 1) The ice machines were ALL in disuse, even to the point of having cobwebs in them. 2)The staff were some of the most unfriendly people I’ve ever dealt with in the hotel industry. 3) The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Didn’t even have spoons for the cereal they offered. Have you ever tried to eat a bowl of cereal with a fork? 4) The bathrooms near the pool remained locked. With lots of kids in the pool can you imagine? Would they really go all the way back to their room to use the bathroom?! 5) The worst of all—my husband brought a ‘blue light’ which we shined on the bed. It was GROSS! Huge wet looking stains on the comforter, the sheets, and even on the back of one of the pillows. We slept fully clothed righ

Beware. Poor front desk attendance. ELEVATOR not working. Difficult to haul large suitcases up 3-4 flights. No plug for bathtub drain. Hair dryer not working. No soap. A little tube of body wash. Not enough for 2 people to shower. 1 face cloth. No tissues. Breakfast was continuously running out of coffee. Very minimal choices. No suitcase stand. No hangers. |Good things. |Room was clean. King bed was comfy. Bagel was good and other than the line up for the toaster, it worked well. The fridge and air conditioner worked well. TV works. Outback Steak House right across the street. Excellent meal.

Before Covid this place was a 4 star. Now a 2 star. The rooms are clean and everything works and is well stocked. But strong musty smells. The services the hotel used to provide was top notch before covid times. They offered shuttle service to both air and cruise ports included in the hotel stay, and offered a fully stocked breakfast. But NOW no shuttle service, not even a paid one, and small assortments of snacks for food, was disappointing. But the biggest disappointment was the service. They took my Driver's Licence during check in and didn't give it back. They refused to send it to me by mail, after a bit of a struggle they said they would mail it back as it was their fault for not giving it back. But a week later and they still haven't mailed it back, after numerous calls they ke

The location of the hotel is good and the people working there were OK, the rooms are garbage. I asked for extra towels and a blanket and both times they said they don't have any. Kinda hard to belive that. The room didn't look anything like the pictures as advertised and the bathroom had mildew or mold on the celling. Only stayed there one night and went somewhere else. Other neighboring hotels said to say away from that place.

good location...hotel was ok..difficult to get basic TV to work... bar on premises but no bartender...very basic continental breakfast...
