Hotel Viata

If you are just looking for a nice getaway, this is the place for you. The best part of this hotel for a summer visit is the pool bar. It's a very laid-back and fun place to spend the day. The rooms are nice, and the hotel has unique décor and a cool vibe. It's a fun place to stay for a couple of days. ***The beds - not so good. They are very firm and not comfortable at all.*** There is nothing within walking distance of this hotel, except for the Apple Computer offices that share the same parking lot. The customer service is good and on point. The restaurant is ok, but the food is nothing special. They have 4 or 5 regional craft beers, but nothing on tap. Parking is free and is in a covered garage. The room included a complimentary bottle of wine, free bottled water, a mini fridge

Hotel is nestled in hill country, such beautiful views and close to restaurants and retail. Loved the location! The Laurel restaurant is the hotel and the food is excellent. Veggie omelette was delicious Very comfortable bedding, down comforter and pillows Extremely clean facility Staff was nice and helpful Loved everything

Hotel Viata is located in the beautiful West Lake Hills area of Austin. Scenic little entrance and location, providing a nice hilltop view. First time really being in the West Lake Hills area and found it quite lovely. I came here for a Yelp Elite event, and enjoyed the physical location and scenery of the hotel. The hotel bar, and restaurant, has a cute Italian typed them. Very intimate-type feeling. The outside patio outside the restaurant/bar had plenty of seating and a nice fireplace. I didn’t stay the night but definitely enjoyed the experience of the hotel from the event.

My husband surprised with a romantic weekend getaway. We booked the Hummingbird Suite! Omg it was so beautiful. This place has the most beautiful scenery 😍 walking in you are greeted right away. The service was impeccable. Everyone so happy to see you. I didn't get to try the spa out, however I did visit the spa shop and got some amazing scrubs to try. The restaurant was DELICIOUS! Our only downside was we couldn't get the huge tub to fill. It kept draining 😢. Management did make it right. Just another reason to go back. The girls at the front desk totally talked me into getting the cutest makeup bag. It was relaxing 😌 We decided that we will be back more. Thank You Viata! We are now lifelong guests 🥰

This place is beautiful and the staff are so genuinely kind and welcoming! I didn't use many of the facilities as I was busy most of my stay, but they have a very large selection of excellent amenities I will have to partake in during my next visit. The room was fantastic and very comfortable with a stunning view of a very green Austin landscape. I did utilize and lot if room service and the food was quick, hot, and gourmet. The steaks are very good and high tier restaurant quality. I will definitely be back sometime to enjoy all the spa offerings.
