Hotel Salina Beaumont CA

Paid for 2 rooms. For some reason the front desk had only one paid for and the other unpaid for. They went back and forth looking at receipts and verifying payment and wouldn’t give us a room. We’re over 100 miles away from home and not have anywhere to stay tonight. Please stay tuned……

We arrived later at night and when given our first non smoking room, we had to ask for a different room due to the cigarette smell. Upon getting in our 2nd room we saw cockroaches. I went to the hotel lobby this morning to see if we could get a later check out and mentioned the cockroaches. I had told the front desk person I wouldn't write a review if they would waive the 25 dollar late fee check out to which the hotel staff was very rude and insisted blackmailing is worse. I've never written a hotel review before but I've stayed in 150+ hotels in the last 5 years and this one is easily one of the worst. Also very noisy and the screen to the windows are bent in so when using the tiny bathroom with no fan, you have to open the window leaving a big wide open hole with no protection from bugs

When I got my room it had no bedding and it was a hassle to check in

Good motel. The people there were very friendly. They even knocked on our door, because we left our car door open, and they wanted to let us know.

I would leave no stars if possible I booked a stay through Expedia and as I went to go check in, no one was available to assist me at the front desk service super upsetting. I would highly recommend never to book a hotel stay here. No one was available to assist me at the front desk. I waited for three hours outside of the front desk, hoping someone would show and no one did, It states 24 hour front desk service on Expedia however, there was a close sign on the front desk when I arrived at the hotel
