Hotel Roma

We arrived late into MiamiInternational Airport and missed our connecting flight hence we had to find a place to spend the night. At 10.00 pm this was the only place we could find an avalable room at a cost of $219.39.|The less said about this place the better. It is a dingy place in need of compete refurbishment. Calling this a hotel is a misnomer. The TV in the room did not work and the front desk said that there was no maintenance person available at that hour. The floor air conditioning unit was noisy and seemed to be older than I am. It kept blowing cold air straight into my face as I lay in bed and I eventually had to turn it off. No coffee maker. No hangers in the closet that has an iron board but no iron. No safety deposit box either. A pair of bath towels but no rag or face towel

Took 100 which was more than what the room cost and never refunded. Very more management and very poor housekeeping. The place looks nothing like online. The room was extremely nasty and disgusting with a few dead bugs in the bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend

RUN FAST from this place! Total Crap hole. Front desk staff would not write room number on key cover and whispered room number due to the low lifes in the lobby. He joked that he hoped I was 'packing". Not sure where and when the pictures were taken on web site, but they must be 10 years old. Look at Google Street View, you'll see the real look of the place.

From the beginning, checking in the staff was rude and nasty! I booked on Priceline and had already paid for my room, but she said they charge a $100 deposit (which I was upset about because I didn’t tell me that I was going to have to pay that) and a $23 resort fee (which I think is bull after seeing my room). I tried to explain that I recently got married so the name on my license is different than my credit card. They still wouldn’t allow me to use my credit card, so my husband had to pay for the deposit. The lady (Samantha) was so disrespectful the way she went back and forth with me. So I get to our room, they was one wash cloth, NO Towels, carpet is dirty, and stained. There was a hole in one of the walls, which was filthy!! A really bad experience.||I was terrified of contracting an infection at that hotel. The bedding was filthy, with stained sheets and a hole in the bedspread. The floor was sticky and the shower was disgustingly unclean. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches. The hotel is completely isolated, with nothing for miles around. I don't understand why they charge so much and continue to advertise on booking platforms.
