Hotel MTK Mount Kisco

I stayed at Hotel MTK for a couple of nights and was really impressed with the experience. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, cozy spot right in the heart of Mount Kisco, making it super convenient to get around. The vibe inside is modern and welcoming. Our room was spotless and quite spacious; plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable—I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The front desk staff was very friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. My only minor critique is that the breakfast selection could have been a bit more varied, but that's a small detail in an otherwise great stay. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice if you’re visiting the Westchester area.

Incredibly run down rooms and rude restaurant/bar staff. it's not cleaned well, either. I would not recommend a stay here. It is a convenient location but another hotel is worth a further drive!

First, theres a young female at the front desk, who has an attitude and just brown noses the General manager. Second, the rooms and carpet need serious deep cleaning and bathroom improvements. They only serve breakfast and dinner. One bartender rushes the customers, so he can leave early. The chef prepares exceptional meals and specials. Pam and Maryann are so nice and accommodating. And the maintenance department is very helpful too. But I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a vacation.

A simple but convenient. Hotel located in a lovely country village.

We stayed at this hotel because we couldn’t safely make it back to Pennsylvania due to icy, dark roads. While the stay was pricey, we chose Hilton expecting a clean and safe environment. On a positive note, Roland and Teddy at the bar provided amazing service—he was truly welcoming and made a stressful situation more comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly. A used, dirty pair of socks was left under one of the beds, which my 5-year-old found. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a Hilton property. Management offered breakfast as compensation, which honestly does not adequately address the seriousness of the issue. Cleanliness should be standard, not something guests are compensated for after the fact.
