Hotel Marceline

Stayed here for a few nights and it was comfortable. Room was clean and everything worked fine. Nothing fancy, but well maintained. Location was convenient for getting to Disney. Would stay again without hesitation.

This is a small, neat, outside entrance motel. My double bed room was very clean. The mattress and pillows were just average in comfort. No hangers, but pegs. No breakfast provided. My room had a small refrigerator and microwave. Parking was right in front of my room. Friendly check-in staff. My #1 takeaway was how clean it was.

Checked in smoothly and had no problems. Room was tidy and comfortable. Everything felt normal and well managed. Location near Disney was useful. Would book again.

Stayed over the weekend in the Managers Suite on a hunting trip and was very pleased with the accommodations for our group. We had 4 guys and it worked out perfectly. The room was clean and the beds were just right for a good nights sleep. I don't normally write reviews, but Angie was terrific. I left a work binder in the room and she took care of sending it to me after I was back home. If I'm ever in the area again I will make sure to stay at the Hotel Marceline. They have made a life long customer out of me.

Pros and cons, but a little disappointed in the experience. Maybe 2.75 star rating. Like most probably, I traveled to Marceline to see Walt Disney things. There are limited hotel options. I chose Hotel Marceline for the Disney vibe in its website pictures and to be in town. Good things: - close to Disney farm and dreaming tree - pretty quiet and clean outside - walk to gas station / convenience store across the street, and dg market is walkable - the shower pressure was nice and water warmed quickly Challenges / Improvements suggested: - upon entering, the room smelled like a wet dog and it was damp. I know dogs are allowed for a fee, definitely was not expecting that smell. I almost switched hotels, but wouldn’t get refund at that point. (The staff person did bring over a dehumidifier
