Hotel Lilien

We had our wedding at Hotel Lilien in October, and the experience truly could not have been more wonderful. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting, it felt like our own little home away from home. Our guests are still talking about how unique the venue was and how perfectly “us” it felt, which meant so much to us. What set the experience apart was the incredible team, especially Jules. Working with her was an absolute joy. She was attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be. Any request we made was taken seriously and the whole team was extremely accommodating. A new hotel for us; we have tried many of the hotels in the Catskills region, our favorite getaway. Cozy & warm on a snowy weekend. Friendly & helpful staff & owner. Comfortable, quiet room on top floor. Perfect bed. Clean. Good bathroom upgrade. Good cocktails at the bar and tasteful, cool entertainment (Saturday night DJ). Close to town and area attractions, dining. Good & generous breakfast served nicely. Have noted our room # for the next time we visit (summer, for the pool perhaps).

Hotel Lilien holds a truly special place in our hearts. We first stayed here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and I remember thinking how magical it would be to get married here one day — only to realize at the time that the space wasn’t quite big enough. When we got engaged, I reached out about hosting our rehearsal dinner and was thrilled to learn they had acquired the restaurant next door and were in the process of transforming it into The Lodge, a brand-new event space. Throughout the planning process, The Lodge was still under renovation, and Jules, the venue coordinator, was absolutely phenomenal. She kept us consistently updated on the progress, was incredibly responsive, and graciously welcomed us for more site visits than were probably necessary (I was just too excited). It

Over the last year, I have hosted two large groups at Hotel Lilien and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. I own a reading retreat company, and we booked a full buyout of the hotel for two different retreats in 2025. The team at Hotel Lilien was eager to help us with every small detail, going so far as to have a meeting with us after our first event so they could write down any areas of improvement. Though the event was fantastic, they ensured us that no detail was too small, and went on to accommodate every one of our requests for our second event later in the year, which was nothing short of perfect. Drove out from Ohio and had such an amazing stay at Hotel Lilien! I loved being able to meet the owners of the property and learn more about the space. You can truly feel how much this place means to them. Jason, Danny, and Chris were so kind and helpful throughout our entire time there. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, cozy, and full of thoughtful design details that make you feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every space felt intentional and inspiring. Definitely one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed, and I can’t wait to come back soon.
