Hotel Lexen Santa Clarita Valencia Near Six Flags

Excellent hotel for group events!! We hosted a very large, several day long event for about 80 to 100 people in Newhall with the Lexen being our center of operations. The style of the hotel was perfect - a little bit cowboy/wild west, a little bit futuristic, with lots of attention to detail. Prior to booking the management was incredibly kind and generous with their time, taking us on several tours of the hotel, answering about a million questions and giving us a really nice group rate. We rented the Penthouse as staff housing for the event and it was big enough to also serve as a hospitality suite. We also used the meeting room, the 2nd floor bar and the third floor patio for various parts of the event - all three spaces were accommodating, comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff was

This Hotel really works hard at getting it right. Free parking, nicely renovated, terrific towels, bed and pillows; very clean, nice staff, rooftop bar and daily breakfast. The local train wasn’t an issue at all! Actually kind of a cool small town touch. Close to all the shops and the great restaurants, various theaters and any necessities. Great walking hotel. My only complaint: needs more light in the rooms. Overhead ceiling fan for example would’ve been helpful. Otherwise, nicely done y’all! Thanks for the great stay.

We had a great stay at The Lexen. The location was ideal and love the old town vibe in Newhall!! The room was very comfortable and nice decor. The gym was great! The only issue was the traffic noise but the hotel provided earplugs and sound machine to help mitigate. We will stay at the Lexen again.

Positive: The hotel was clean. No pets/pet hair. No smoking there was a plus Negative: The fact that it seemed like a club at times. Loud. My room was located at the top by the bar area. Music started at 10 am until 11pm at night. Also the loud train at night. Doors slamming loud from other guests. No breakfast, coffee and dried croissants

A fun stay when we needed it. This place was easy to find, secure underground parking, walk right in to hotel, easy check in, elevator ready to take you up.... even the elevator was artfully done :) The room was very European with it's glass bathroom door, fantastic shower head (really), Western shower curtain... comfortable bed with wall lamps for just right lighting or a directed reading lamp. Was there train tracks near by...yep. After about 3 short passenger trains we slept like babies, Main St was a happy stroll, dining , wine, trees lit up, a theater for live plays, etc. Reminds you of Napa. Breakfast was perfect for us, coffee, juice, cereal, pastries, apples, yogurt, etc. We hope to stay there again.
