Hotel Indigo Long Island - East End by IHG

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully handled and exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was comfortable, welcoming, and impeccably run, but what truly made our stay exceptional was Lyndsay. She went above and beyond in every way , attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was perfect made all the difference. Thanks to her and the entire team, our stay was seamless and memorable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend Hotel Indigo.

First off the Hotel had been recently renovated and looks fabulous. The hotel staff were were friendly and very helpful, in fact the lady at the front desk was able to get us a pool side room. The room had an outside patio with two chairs and a small table, we were able to sit outside and listened to the singers from the restaurant. the hotel has a restaurant attached and offers free breakfast| Highly recommend the hotel indigo

I travel from Canada every year to this hotel property. The rooms are clean and comfortable! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay welcome. Restaurant offers lots of choices and great food. Overall a great hotel choice!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it. Sheets are very soft. You can control air temp, nice soaps and lotions available. The new decor is coming along and very pleasing to the eye. Need small garbage can in bathroom as it does not fit anywhere so in way. Secondary garbage should be in a more visible location as pushed way under desk. The breakfast is great self serve. Lots of good choices.

Brides beware!!!!!!! Don’t be fooled by the renovated rooms or the great location. The service is terrible and everything that goes wrong is blamed on the guest. The answer to every question is “I didn’t know” or “no one told me”. You are in the service industry. You are here to anticipate the needs of your guests. If you don’t have the information needed to take care of your guests you need to be able to use your brain to figure out what needs to be done. This is a clear lack of leadership and a complete lack of training of both tasks and customer experience. None of the details get passed on to anyone that is on the front line. If you book an after party and items are dropped off before that after party, it is assumed by the party host that those items will be put out with yo
