We had a smoking room and the room was fine as far as odors go. I saw 7 roaches. Maybe they have just sprayed for bugs I don't know because they weren't moving very fast proven nonetheless they were there under my bed in the bathroom by my food even in my food on the table

I have stayed here quite frequently so I feel pretty confident in declaring both the good & the bad.||The good: the owners/managers are extremely nice & somewhat understanding. The effort is being put in to make this a nicer place, some rooms have been painted and the furniture updated…. Some rooms even have a smart tv. It’s least expensive motel in the area. ||The bad: roaches are everywhere! Some beds feel like they are the original mattresses from when the place was built back in 70’s or 80’s.

Will not stay here again, the sheets had stains on them the bathroom door did not closed , for a king bed they ply had two pillows and not enough towels and its outdated to pricey for what they give.

Within 5 minutes, I was under attack from roaches. The desk guy was all too familiar with kind of complaint. He informed me there were no other rooms available as he dusted the crumbs off of his pajamas with a blank cold stare into what seemed to be the empty space behind me. I will say the two small pillows that were provided were a nice touch. It was a room for just myself for my first week at a new job but they threw in an extra wash rag. Counting the dents on the crown molding was almost enough to distract me from the chipped mirrors. I will say that the cleaning crew is on point though. There is a heavy smell of bleach in the air and zero smudges on the mirrors. The lack of light in the room wasn’t quite enough to hide the roach colony underneath the glitching tv with 3 channels. RV & GG has outstanding customer service. Always service with a smile and so helpful. I've been coming to this hotel for 2 years now. Not once have I been disappointed. Rooms are always clean and the pool is always clean. Thanks for the wonderful customer service you guys give.
