Customer Reviews
This was our second stay at Hotel Beaux Arts in Miami before a cruise, and once again it was absolutely outstanding. The rooms are beautiful, so spacious, very modern, and incredibly comfortable! What truly made this stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Valeria from housekeeping went above and beyond in every way, ensuring our room was immaculate and making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly nature did not go unnoticed. We also want to sincerely thank Rooseline (JW Marriot) at the front desk, who provided service that was truly above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, making the our experience smooth, stress-free, and so enjoyable. Because of team members like Valeria and Rooseline, Hotel Beaux Arts has become our go-to
Night before the cruise stay in Miami was the best idea ever and this hotel was amazing. Wish I could give it 6 stars - facility, staff and location could not have been better. Pool, restaurant and room service were perfect. Walked along waterfront in the evening, area was vibrant and picturesque and felt very safe. Highly recommend.
I had booked a one night stay in Miami's Hotel Beux Arts Warhol Corner Room Suite to explore the City before embarking to Groove Cruise 2018 for a few days. My flight arrived in Miami at 6AM and had requested for an early check-in to the hotel, unfortunately due to the room being booked the night before we had to wait till noon to be accommodated. However the staff did everything possible and beyond to get the room prepared as soon as possible, keep us refreshed with drinks at the lounge, personally escort us and our luggage to our room, and show us the vast amount of amenities that the room had to offer. This is the definition of hospitality. I was also very impressed with the efficiency of the valet service. It was great to electronically request ahead for your car to be ready at the
The hotel markets itself as a luxury experience but falls short. It shares a building with the Marriott and is supposed to feel more personal, though the only real touch was a glass of champagne at check‑in. The pool was closed, and we were directed to use the Kimpton’s pool next door—which was actually much nicer. Amenities were limited, there was no fridge, and valet parking was the only option at $75 a night, yet it consistently took over 20 minutes to retrieve the car. The gym was the only standout feature. I wouldn’t stay again—there are much better options in the area
Probably the worst Mariotte property I’ve stayed at and they should be ashamed for advertising this as an autograph property. Three floors of a very tired old Mariotte high rise. Zero services or staffing, old and dated, and horribly inconvenient. Room wasn’t ready at 4:30pm. On the 39th floor, but have to wait for elevators to go to ground lobby for ice or any services as the “autograph” staff close at 6pm. “Club” is just a big open room. Had to pay $60 for two glasses of wine as staff begged for additional tips. Just a very, very bad experience. Stay away and again - shame on Mariotte. As a Platinum member I’m offended.
