Hotel 21 & Co.

Wow! What a great surprise this hotel is in small town Gering, Ne! Walking into this hotel is a take your breath away experience. Lisa and Rhonda were the best ever in hotel customer service. (I have stayed in many, many hotels and have a high expectation in customer service. And they did not disappoint.) The rooms were the cleanest rooms I have ever seen, not to mention the room design with high ceilings and beautiful decor through the hotel into the rooms. This hotel is one of a kind. I would 20/10 recommend this place if ever needing a hotel around that area again. I have told many people about this place since visiting and proud to say it is in the great state of Nebraska! Will most definitely stay again!

After making our reservation by phone, I did not receive an email confirmation of our two reserved King suites. I called a second time and was promised it would be emailed. But again, I never received an email. During my second interaction, I requested our confirmation numbers and brought them with us. The hotel is kitschy but clean. Our suites on the third floor were spacious, clean, and quiet. The rooms have large fridges with a freezer compartment and a microwave oven. The bathrooms were reasonably well-stocked with soaps and towels. The bed was comfortable. I’ve not been to the other hotels in town, but if you are visiting the area and want a space that is clean, quiet, and offers some privacy, I’d recommend Hotel 21. What a lovely hotel! The holiday decorations were gorgeous on top of the already beautiful every day atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Very nice room and the bed was so comfortable.

This place has a very clear vibe, and I absolutely loved it! Also, the staff was incredibly friendly, and helped us figure out a misunderstanding with our booking. They were kind and thoughtful and helped us find a solution without even a tiny bit of blame. Wonderful folks, great decor, awesome and clean rooms. Loved it here.
