Hot Springs Village Inn

First the not-great. The hotel has had some updates it seems, but our room had old worn sink and bathroom. The room smelled a bit musty and had a moisture-removal bag hanging. See photos. Now the good. The staff were very nice, the area seems very safe and the hotel was super quiet. The room seemed very clean. I checked thoroughly for bed bugs (I always do, even in fancy hotels) and saw no signs. The sleeping area of the room had new-looking plank flooring and furniture. The beds were comfortable. The price is good. I would stay again if we need to be in town early am like we did this time. Others had given the hotel 5 stars. So I expected a bit more. Just know not to expect a 5-star hotel. If a decent room and cleanliness + quiet are your must-haves, then this is possibly a good place

Very nice motel, nothing fancy but rooms are very cozy, and everything seems updated (lots of USB ports by the bed/in the bathroom, bed and desk were nice, couch nice, etc). We were very happy staying here, the front desk was friendly and it's very easy to book online. Breakfast was honey buns, biscuits with gravy, cereal and juices, waffles and some apples or bananas. Overall great place to stay, very practical yet comfortable place :)

This place is not pet friendly. for a FEE of $25 they will accept your pet. On their website it advertises a room for a rate, and then advertise another room with pet at same rate. but when you check in they want a $25 fee. Not friendly at all. front desk was also not friendly. Rooms were clean and nice, would go again without pet.

Positive: Great location for us, room clean, staff friendly, and breakfast good. Negative: The hotel needed a little more room for the breakfast seating. Other than that, was good.

Older hotel but incredible location. Nice quiet area. Friendly staff. Great continental breakfast. We travel through this area frequently and we're tired of the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. Gave this area a try and WOW! Home Plate restaurant has incredible food and is not far from Village Inn!
