Hostel Brazilian Calle Ocho

My experience here was amazing! The hostel is really good located, close to the airport, in a vibrant neighborhood where there are bars, cafes and restaurants, very turistic and is save to walk there as women. The personal is very nice and polite, always open to help you and guide you. The rooms are clean and modern. I highly recommend it.

The employees demonstrate rude attitudes, with sensitive and arrogant behaviors. The lack of manners is evident, and the communication is completely inappropriate. They should not be in customer service, as the treatment is awful. If an employee doesn't like a customer, they even say, "If it's not good for you, take your things and leave," even when the customer hasn't done anything to justify such behavior. I hope others don't have the same negative experience I had.

Nice place, good manager and all, what you need. |There is very good kitchen, share bathroom and bathroom in each room, too. |All are clean and safety.|Very good location: easy to find, there are a lot restaurants, close to the hostel. And there is good supermarket in a couple minutes

I dont see why this place still managed to have 3 stars. Bed smells, the owner lives with renters and he snores too loud. I stayed one night because of a layover but I soon realized staying at the airport is a better option. I left that place and I still smell like it right now. If you wanna do better business, let me know I can help.

The worst service ever, I wrote through booking chat in order to mention that my flight was delayed, nobody response. As soon as O arrived the owner was rude and angry (he had to wake up) and he didn't want me to get in of the hostel because I was late for my check in, so he asked me for more money in order to allow me sleep there. There was no parking, there was no breakfast and the bathroom was dirty, so all the house smelled horrible. Moreover old infrastructure and poor maintained building.
