No beach, all rocks, smells like diesel fumes, not scenic at all buildings and ships, noisy with all the operations. Current is too strong to fish. It has a small dog run and covered tables. No thanks.
On a military installation. Reservations required. Wonderful facility. Clean bathrooms. Free Coffee in AM. Free ice! Free Laundry. So appreciated. Grounds are cared for daily. Phenomenal views. Dog Park. Nearby beach. Hope to return some day.
Super accommodating staff. Friendly, looks forward to helping any way you need it. New power pedestals installed July and August.
Pelican Cove is a favorite military family camp for us. We love walking down to the beach and hitting the gym on base. The nice breeze off of the ocean keeps temps cool.
