I have lived here a little over a year . I love it !! It's surprisingly quiet,the owners are always on top of the upkeep. It's a great place for anyone needing long term for work. Only 10 minutes from madisonville .
Besides the fact I was assaulted at the bathroom for no reason at all by a drunk guy and being woke the next morning at 8am to a guy blaring music while ramping his Chevy traverse in the field it was… trash. Most the people “camping” are actually residents. The place is rundown and not appealing at all. The owners were nice tho
The hosts and community were very welcoming and friendly. The spaces were a little small, but they had a playground at the top of the hill. The views were nice and even saw deer while we stayed there. The bathrooms were well taken care of and the showers were one of the best I have ever been in.
The owner's went above and beyond. I called early afternoon for a spot in the evening. We arrived late but they were so gracious. He helped us to our spot, loaned an electrical converter and helped hook up our water!! Thank you for your hospitality!!
