Hook's Landing RV Resort

Stayed over the 4th of July holiday weekend. I haven't been here for a few years since the new management. The cove looks different and is cleaned up. I didn't even recognize it! It's all opened up now. I'm sad the stage is gone behind the river bar. It was a lot of fun to have a live band with the bar right there and room for dancing and tables. Now changed to more camping spots. I could tell they have done a lot of landscaping work and it looks nice and cleaned up a lot. The owners let us know about a place to watch fireworks, which didn't disappoint in the least. It is the best fireworks show I've ever seen in my life! Great place to stay with a lot of activities and things to do. My only complaint would be charging campers for shuttle service to float at $5 per person, even kids, and o

Just spent a couple of amazing days at Hooks Landing. Great people are running the show, and a great group was staying in the campground. Everyone was so friendly! Nice piece of land on the one and only North Fork CDA River! Fly fishing is top notch! Shuttle service to drive you up the river and float back to camp. Restaurant and bar were great. We were planning next year's trip the minute we pulled out of there. Thanks for the great time, Hooks Landing crew!

This place was a blast! The whole time people are around having fun enjoying the river and being actual people again! The campground is awesome and has a great feel to it. Easy to find and get to. The tubing poker run was going on when we were there and then karaoke at night and was is all a riot for my family and our friends to see and listen to. Tent sights were great fishing was awesome and the area is beautiful. We’re already planning our trip for next year and to add a few extra days! Highly recommend staying here! And an excellent place for my son to start his fly fishing journey! Thanks again hooks landing we are a big fan of you guys!

We were there the weekend of August 8th. The shuttle service was awesome and the price was absolutely fair… When we got back we tried to order food from the restaurant and we were turned away. It was 8:05pm and they closed at 9pm. This was a large group, camping in 3 spots. We were pretty disappointed that we didn’t get dinner, as that was the plan for that evening. The staff were very inconvenienced and overwhelmed by the amount of people who were in their establishment. We might try one of the resorts down the road next year. Maybe we will have a better experience.
