Honn Campground

We stayed here at site 1 along the river for 3 nights. It’s a small campground with no water but the sites are spacious and there were only a couple of others in the campground over the weekend. A great place to stop for a couple of nights.

although not open yet this is a very nice campground! I first stayed here a very long time ago. The only downside is it's next to the highway otherwise it would be absolutely amazing. Creek flows through very well all year round The shade is excellent. definitely worth checking out if you're only staying for a couple nights. by the way the creek looks good so maybe the fishing will be excellent this year! it's also a good place to stage if someone is fishing hat Creek and wants easy access to the highway and other spots to fish along the creek and even Baum and Crystal lakes. also it is about 10 minutes or so from town and shopping about the same to lake Britton and State Park. Beautiful place Hat Creek is full of trout. Met some great people there and are still friends with them. Clean restrooms and the camping price is great. Would have stayed longer but it was closing for winter and was getting below freezing.

My favorite campground around hat creek. It on the honn creek which is stocked often. Only six sites in the campground so it can fill up quick. Quiet and peaceful with great fishing from your site

Typical forest service campground but right next to the road. A nice little creek behind it. Fire pits were not cleaned out and we were there mid week?
