Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami - Airport West

We've cruised from Miami before and stayed at a number of places. I've seen this place on my previous searches but hesitated having never stayed at a Homewood before. It turns out it's a lot like the Hampton brand.||I used the Hilton app to select my own room and get a room key before arriving. My phone worked perfectly to open the room. I loved that I didn't have to wait to check in.||Favorite thing. - I was able to set the room AC fan to ON and it stayed on all night. That white noise is like gold to block out noisy hallways and door slams. ||Surprisingly fast elevators!||Standard free breakfast that you would expect. No complaints.||Airport shuttle - they stop at certain Miami airport doors. The message said every hour and listed those doors. We were at door 14 and it arrived aro

We stayed here for 10 nights in December 2025. The room was clean, hotel was clean and house keeping was done daily. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and hotel shuttles work well. I recommend. My only suggestion would be to heat the pool, the water is always cold and it doesn't get any sun. We will easily stay here again

Booked their Park, Stay, and Go rate for a one night stay and seven days parking while on a cruise along with the one-way transfer to the port of Miami. The problem with this rate is the parking is onlty for 7 nights total, so your night in the hotel is not covered and they charge $15 to park that night. Additionally, once at the hotel, the person checking us in tried to charge for parking for the entire time even though it was included in the price ofhte room. He kept insisting that the parking was not pad on the reservation. After 5 minutes of trying to explain that parking was included with our rate, he finally realized and gave us a parking pass after charging the $15 for the first night. So I come here and I go to check in and I tell the receptionist I'm going to use the card on file. She argues with me tells me I can't use the card on file & the authorization has to be sent seven days in advance. Huh???? I'm traveling on business we have contracts with these companies. I go all around America and I rarely have problems but when you get someone that thinks they know everything it's always a headache just checking in. No one wants to have to deal with that when they have been traveling since 7 AM and it's now 430. So anyway the front desk clerk was wrong, and ended up using my card on file. I have diamond status so my stay is supposed to include two waters in a snack. She forgot them, and after I went back, I asked here where is my snack & she said "that's just breakfast" s
