Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times in the past and have always had a good experience, and I previously rated this hotel five stars. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, the hotel was unable to prevent guests from smoking marijuana in their rooms. For two days, the smell continuously seeped into my room, which made the stay very unpleasant. The odor also clung to my clothes and belongings, which was especially frustrating since I was traveling for professional meetings. Walking into meetings carrying that smell was awkward and uncomfortable, and it reflected poorly despite it being completely out of my control. This was a typical Homewood Suites. Our one-bedroom suite was a good size for our family of four. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly and she took time to help us find a place to order dinner from. The small kitchen had everything we needed (plates, utensils, etc) to eat our dinner in the room. Kids loved the pool. The fitness room next to it looked good. Breakfast was good and included a taco bar with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great stay, especially for our hockey team. Incredibly clean, accommodating staff. Tammy was super helpful in our booking process, Shana is incredible, she is so nice and accommodating to all of our needs. Zero complaints, this place is excellent with a warm and welcoming staff! pre tldr: used/dirty towels, stains on bedsheet, bathroom smelled like urine, tv didnt work, unhelpful/unresponsive staff Disappointed that I have to write this review publically. Admittedly there have been some not-so-great ones, but it's almost always been rectified or followed up by .
