Positive: The location Negative: I did not like after staying 3 nights, the 4th night they had me escorted from the hotel due to my friend not being registered. I didn’t think anyone had to be registered til after 7 days.

I just want to shout out to the girl TJ at the front desk who kept her cool during a very intense situation during my check in and nothing to do with us but she remained professional during it. There was a lobby full of people and one unruly guest. Her professionalism, her attitude, her kindness in the whole situation truly shows an impeccable kind of person. She even helped me get a discount I didn't know I was a qualified for. So far my stay has been great. Also I love the location everything is around here you can walk anywhere you need to go if you don't have a vehicle. Highly recommends here if you need to stay any amount of time.

When I checked in today , I was very impressed with TJ ! She was a delight to speak to. Her attitude made you feel welcome and appreciated to stay here. So wonderful , I will probably stay longer because of her hospitality. The room was nice and clean and felt comfortable. Thank you TJ !

I vacated the premises within the first 30 minutes of checking in due to immediately discovering severe and unacceptable cleanliness and maintenance issues. The primary reason for our immediate departure was a severe pest issue. We observed a total of five roaches in the room within the first half hour of our arrival, indicating a serious and widespread infestation issue that made the room uninhabitable.
