The website needs to be updated to state that they are closed after labor day exceptfor camping. The staff was friendly and pleasant at the front desk and the countryside was beautiful. We took our kids to the park to play miniature golf and fish only to find out that they close everything after labor day. Temperatures in the upper seventies and the park is completely closed except for camping. I guess this is the norm around here. My wife and I hit the scramble button, and the day was salvaged at the public park in King which is fabulous.

Pools are great swimming. Wide open with diving boards and a rope swing. A slide is being renovated currently. Seriously though home place, do something with those bathrooms! It is such a turn off! Maybe put an air blower above the door to help with the flys and air. Also, get the trash your wasps are loving.

We love visiting home place each year. The pool seems clean, the slide and swing are a blast for the kids. Zero entry area is great for little ones. Food offerings are good as well. The only complaint is that the bathrooms need cleaning and renovating. They are always gross. Just plan according.

Very disappointed in our recent stay here! We had a group of 3 campers to stay together- originally 7!!. One of the main amenities (slide) was closed and no one felt the need to tell us that when we called and booked our trip. The pool closes at 6 and you have to be out by 5:45! I feel that is early during the summer when you have kids and nothing else to really do. There is putt-putt but it is an extra charge per office staff- $5 a person on top of what you have already paid to stay there. Tonya was very rude in the front office, and in no way shape or form tried to make things better with our stay when a member from our group reached out to them about the extra charge. A member of our group called and the phone call was on speaker and Tonya had the nerve to say “I hear someone telling yo

Been going here since I was a kid. Always have a great time. The pool is huge with room for a lot of people, not that you want to go when there is a lot of people there. There are 2 diving boards, a rope swing and more. The water slide finally closed this year due to old age. Maybe theyll have a new one next year.
