Very nice and new, soft bed and pillows. Convenient off the highway and walking distance to jersey Mike's and gas station!! Great free breakfast and free parking. My only issue was the bathroom not having a fan to help clear out smells and fogging and also not having a safe to put valuables away but overall great stay and price! Will be booking again!

Putting aside the issues with the Hilton online booking. Ashley, who works at this hotel, is a wonderful employee. She was considerate of two elderly people over 75 and their two helpless daughters, and instead of making them wait in the lobby while I dealt with the online booking problem, she promptly let them go into their room to rest. This kind of hospitality, treating customers like family, is the highest and most difficult level to achieve in the hotel industry, but she did it! I am very grateful for her help. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Tampa.

2 Weeks in a row there’s been an issue. One week was dirty rooms and had to wait an extra 4 hours before one was available. The following week they overbooked the room and tried to switched the room to something that would not accommodate…what’s the point of a reservation. Also waiting for front desk help for over an half hour caused some more frustration. Room was still under construction apparently. Paying full price for a quarter of the services. First time ever complaining as a Diamond member for years with over 250+ nights on the road every year.
