I went down to the lobby to get something from the front desk. It was about 9 PM. When the elevator door opened, I was met with music that was filled with acoustics and had hints of Latin jazz. There were three our four people hanging out in a very spacious and comfortable lobby, drinking a few beers and having a lively conversation. There was an individual at the front desk who smiled a genuine smile. It occurred to me that this place is a special place to stay. The energy in the hotel is very hospitable. Everyone seemed happy, including the cleaning ladies! What a great experience. Finding a hotel with a good vibe really enhances the overall hotel experience. This place is a gem!

Stayed at this hotel while I was on travel for work. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms (and the property overall) was extremely clean and well-maintained. The free breakfast included while not fancy is a great addition and highly convenient. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to this area. Great value for the price.

Stayed here for 4 nights with friends to go to the State Fair, a local Renaissance Faire, and to catch a Brewers game for a weekend. Overall, this hotel is really good! The facilities themselves are clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Staff were very courteous and were very attentive to guests needs. The breakfast is free(!), and the offerings are quite tasty! They also change the menu up a little each day, so the primary offerings are usually never the same two days in a row, which is a really nice touch! The pool is also very clean and well maintained, though I did not get a chance to use the fitness center. The price was also very good, and it's a short drive away from Milwaukee and Racine proper. ||The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 was because of sleep quality. I

Absolutely amazed by this hotel. Spotless rooms. Adorable decor. Friendly & helpful staff. I wish this hotel was everywhere when I needed a place to stay. Having a full sized and stocked kitchen is just so great when your family has special dietary needs. All the amenities are just perfect and as advertised. Even a saline pool if you have sensitivity to chlorine! .

I stayed in this hotel for my work for three weeks, and Lori, the Manager, is running an excellent hotel, the service is amazing, all the ladies that support this hotel are phenomenal, the hotel is quiet, it is clean, and all the amenities are well stocked. I strongly recommend this hotel. The provided breakfast is also well portioned, fresh, and delicious, you will not go hungry!! Washington Street has numerous eateries close by as well. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel and Lori.
