Home2 Suites by Hilton Midland East

We recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Midland to attend a family gathering. The location was perfect for us and we were impressed with the spacious room, the kitchen (including a full size refrigerator) and other amenities. The breakfast was ok - not too gluten free options - it would have been nice to have fruit and/or gf toast but overall good options. One thing is that the rooms are only tidied up every other day - it would have been helpful to know that when we checked in. It was a busy time at the hotel (holidays) and staff was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We had a house fire and have been staying here for over a month. It sucks living in a hotel but every single staff member here has been great. Very accommodating. It’s quiet and the breakfast is better than most hotels. Fantastic place to stay.

All the reviews were right - this is a wonderful place. The staff is so nice - the exercise equipment all worked - there was hot water and coffee and apples too. I taught a class from my room online and the internet was fine. There’s a stripes convenience store and Dutch Bros nearby too. I walked from downtown and it took 75 minutes. Just watch for traffic. The Room was pretty expensive but we were all safe and it is a wonderful place. Thanks everyone.

So it's a nice clean hotel overall. We were thrilled at how quiet it was until the herd of elephants checked into room 417 (at 11:15 pm on 11/21/2025). The pounding on the walls and through the floor was noticeable through even the AC, shower and dishwasher. On that note, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher when we arrived and only in the shower did I find out that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. Down pillows were left in the room despite our request when booking for no down pillows (allergic). So we did call for a regular pillow to be brought up even though she said most of the pillows were down. (?) We also ended up packing up early to check out ASAP due to the continued child screaming and pounding from next door. The top floor on any hotel should not be for smal

We had booked our stay at the Catalina Drive location but accidentally came to this branch instead. Once we realized the mistake, Jordan kindly explained it to us and made sure we were okay while we waited for our family to pick us up. Even though we weren’t staying at this hotel, she welcomed us to wait in the lobby, offered us coffee and tea, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Her kindness, warmth, and professionalism truly stood out. Honestly, the way Jordan treated us made us want to cancel our original reservation and stay here instead. Unfortunately, it was too late to change since our booking was nonrefundable. But without a doubt, next time we’re in Midland, this will be our first choice just because of Jordan.
