Super amazing and supportive staff. From the moment we walked in, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. We arrived before the official check-in time, and instead of making us wait around like most hotels do, they accommodated us right away with no issues at all. The front desk (Javi), guest services, and the building engineer were all extremely attentive and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless, clean, and very well kept. I stayed one night with my family and we originally planned to stay elsewhere for our last night in the city, but our experience here was so pleasant that we decided to extend our stay at Home2Home Hasbrouck Heights. They truly made us feel right at home 😊

Stayed here one night for a relative's funeral. We've stayed in other Home2Suites properties, and we like the room layout and features. Our room was on the opposite side of the building from Highway 17, so there was no traffic noise.||All was well till about 6;45 AM when I was awakened by a very loud noise that I was absolutely sure was a big truck parked directly under our window. Sounded kinda like a garbage truck. So I thought OK, it's just there to grab and empty a dumpster, and it will be gone in a minute. The sound continued. I got up and peeked out the window. There was no truck. Then the sound suddenly ended and I realized what it was, because right at the same moment, the heat stopped blowing. Everything was excellent. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious. All staff are polite and lovely specially Mr. Adham in front desk of reception. I will book again and again in this hotel. Size of room was bigger than any hotel booked before. Thanks for everything.

I couldn’t make it home after work due to a bad storm here in Jersey and decided to stay here and I would say I couldn’t have picked a better hotel! Got there at 10pm and automatically got offered an upgrade with no charge. We arrived at the room and it was crystal clean and beautiful rooms. We did notice that the ac was on and couldn’t find out how to change so we called down stairs not even 5 minutes later maintenance came up and fixed it. We had a great night and the breakfast was also good ! Would recommend this hotel to anyone ! Thanks again

I didn't stay there. I went to visit someone who did. The suite was beautiful. Room service was called a couple of times while I was there. They were prompt and courteous. Their location is easy enough right off the highway. I would definitely stay there if I needed to.
