Booked double queen room Room: listed with two beds and a sofa. The sofa was replaced with a rather large table, but the only chair was office chair. How am I supposed to use table with no chairs is a mystery. The bedsheets were cheap staticky polyester, very wrinkled and messy. The housekeeping did not even try to make a bed neatly. Bathroom: the door did not have a lock (it was broken) Kitchenette: nice, included everything listed, but I did not use it. Overall not bad, but definitely becoming a run-down place. Its a shame as this is a pretty new hotel.

Positive: The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big and clean Negative: Nighttime personnel don't care about your needs. You can hear every single step from the room above, and the personnel didn't do anything about it. The blackout for the windows not working, personnel could not do anything till the next morning. No sleep!

Stayed here during a snow storm and stayed in the room with a kitchenette. We had to ask the front desk for pans and the portable burner. Everything was great, the room was clean and spacious. Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed at.

Had a suite, and it was very comfortable and clean. Came with frig, microwave, sink, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses. Living area had sofa and nice sized TV. Bedroom had king size bed and large TV. Nice size bathroom, plenty of towels. Very good stay.

The service was good and welcoming, but I have seen much better Home2 Suites. I will say the room was huge, twice the size of the average hotel room, but it felt like a converted extended stay and it was not well-contructed as you can hear every footstep taken by guests above you.
