My parents and I had an amazing hotel stay! The rooms were extremely clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The entire property was welcoming. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and everything was hot and well-prepared. What really made our stay stand out was the outstanding customer service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly made us feel valued as guests. Special thanks to Fernando and I think her name was Ebony I appreciate you both for going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and hospitality made our experience even better. We will definitely be back!

On Sunday, February 15th, my family and I checked into the new Home2 Suites located in Calera. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how clean, modern, and well-kept the hotel looked. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming, and we were excited about our stay. When we got to our room, we were even more pleased. The rooms were very spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. Everything looked fresh and well-maintained, and overall the hotel itself was honestly excellent. However, our first experience with an employee was very disappointing. The first staff member we saw was a woman who looked directly at my husband and me but did not speak at all—no “hello,” “good afternoon,” or anything. We truly felt invisible. Instead, she was loudly talking and yelling across the lobby

My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Calera was excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with special thanks to Zach and Joe for their professionalism and genuine hospitality. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was impressively spacious and well-appointed, featuring two large TVs and a comfortable living area. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day, and the outdoor seating area with a small bonfire added a relaxing touch in the evenings. Overall, this property provides a welcoming atmosphere and great value, I highly recommend it. Every time I come to Clara I am going to stay at this hotel.

My sister had water problem with water damage at her house and so the insurance put her up in this hotel until they can get out and get it fixed. She said that it was really nice it always was real clean, they were really enjoyed their stay there, like I said they had to do that for insurance purposes so the insurance paid for it and said all that up, and so, they really thankful for that. So I'm glad that the hotel there I was able to accommodate them and be so kind

Great hotel. Clean, rooms are spacious and well stocked with kitchen items and fills size fridge. Good breakfast with lots of items. Only complaint is the housekeeping staff room was across from my room and they were very loud (having a good time though).
