Edit: We were just given a non-renewal of lease notice last night when it is 2 days before Christmas. Called to discuss why because we’ve never been late on rent or had any known complaints to us, and they told us they don’t have to give us a reason and we need to vacate the premises. DO NOT RENT HERE. They are heartless and horrible people. We moved here beginning of June & it has been a wonderful experience so far! We were on a tight timeline for moving & Justin worked hard to get everything situated quickly for us so we could move in! Everyone has been very kind & welcoming!
